It is an irony to say that, we Nepalese, are living in darkness even though we are "RANKED SECOND IN THE WORLD" to hold water resources, but the bitter truth is, we have to live without electricity for "16 hours a day" in darkness, and it is yet to reach a peak up to "18 hours a day" by the end of January.
